If you have an old .doc file open in "Compatibility Mode," ProsaBridge automatically disables itself to prevent layout errors. Simply save your document as .docx, and the tool will activate immediately.
The core platform is hosted in Frankfurt, and the public subprocessor register records provider locations and transfer status. Live source documents and translations are removed within 14 days after completion. Separately submitted feedback snapshots are erased on resolution or after 30 days, and database backups rotate after 14 days. Customer documents are not used to train or improve AI models.
